Katie Boehm

Hello! My name is Katie, and I’m incredibly excited to be joining Holy Family Parish as the Director of Administrative Services. I’m originally from Grafton, Wisconsin, and my journey to this role has been shaped by both my professional experience and a deep desire to live out my faith more intentionally in my everyday work.

Before coming to Holy Family, I spent over five years as a store manager at Kohl’s. That role taught me a great deal about leadership, organization, and building strong, supportive teams. While I enjoyed the challenges and growth that came with retail management, I began to feel called toward work that was more deeply connected to my values and the mission of the Church. I wanted to use my skills in a way that serves others and contributes to something greater—and that desire ultimately led me here.
What drew me to Holy Family is the strong sense of purpose and community that defines this parish. I’m honored to be part of a team that works together to support not only the daily operations of the church, but also the spiritual and communal life of our parish family.

On a personal note, family is at the center of who I am. I’m one of six siblings, and my relationships with them—as well as with my extended family and close friends—mean the world to me. In my free time, I enjoy being active outdoors, especially hiking and running. I also love reading, participating in Bible study, and spending quality time with loved ones.

I feel incredibly blessed to be here and look forward to the opportunity to serve the Holy Family community with care, dedication, and faith.
